ANDREW CARTLEDGE

Andrew has over 16 years of experience with horses. He spent 4 of these years training with international riders Peter Charles and Dane Rawlins.   During his time with both riders he was responsible for the breaking and schooling of the youngsters as well as maintaining the high standards expected at a top competition yard.

These experiences are what Andrew has drawn on and incorporated into his new business at Little Owl Stables

Andrew has obtained his BHS examinations in Levels 1,2 and 3 Ridden and Levels 1 and 2 Care and is currently studying towards his Stage 3 Care.

Andrew himself has two horses. Dillon is a 25 year old KWPN gelding who used to compete at Grade A showjumping and who Andrew has had for over 11 years. Andrews second horse Reggie, is also a KWPN gelding by Kigali/Voltaire who he is planning to start competing this summer.
